Recipes

I love to cook and experiment with new recipes. I'm not always great at it but its really fun and 90% of the time its edible.

Chocolate Clustered Raisins
My kids don't really like raisins, but they love raisinets. (what kid doesn't like something coated in chocolate). So I decide to make my own chocolate covered raisins.

I used my double broiler to melt the chocolate. Being the impatient person that I am I could not see myself dipping each individual raisin in the chocolate (hence chocolate covered clusters). So I poured the raisins in the chocolate and stirred. I then poured the mixture onto a sheet of foil in a thin layer to cool. Refrigerated for fifteen minutes.
