We have decided to change our eating habits for the millionth time. Hopefully this time we can stick to it. Being the junk food junkies that we are, it is definitely going to be hard. I have a box of brownie mix in the cabinet calling my name.lol

Anyway for health reasons we are going to eat more nutritious meals and snacks and no longer munch on the sugary, fatty, cholesterol filled junk. Although we will indulge every once in a while especially at Nana and Papa's house. Hopefully we can drink water, tea and sugar free Kool-Aid. Juices have as much sugar as soda. I could ramble all day about nutrition but I don't want to get too boring. However I will be sharing some healthy recipes from time to time.
